Info & Help Centre
How MVP works, common tasks for each user type, policies and support — in plain language.
MVP guidance is clear. Official external rules are clearly identified. MVP policy, MVP guidance and third-party rules are never blended. Where an outside organization (SOCAN, a ticket provider, a payment provider) sets the rules, MVP identifies the source and links to it rather than rewriting it as MVP policy.

Rights & SOCAN Information
Rights information requires careful separation between MVP workflow guidance and official SOCAN requirements.
- MVP Rights Centre — MVP statuses, evidence and workflow as MVP functionality.
- SOCAN overview — verified current information, identified as SOCAN information and linked to the official source where possible.
- Submission automation — MVP does not claim it can submit to SOCAN until an authorized method and authority are verified.
- Payments — SOCAN royalty payments stay separate from MVP performance earnings and settlements.
MVP does not present its own explanation as official SOCAN policy. Date-sensitive external guidance is verified before publishing and identifies its source and effective period.
