HOW MVP HANDLES RULES

MVP guidance stays separate from external rules

Where an outside organization — SOCAN, a ticket provider, a payment provider — sets the rules, MVP identifies the source and links to it rather than rewriting it as MVP policy.

Rights information is never assumed

MVP shows rights status, evidence and workflow. It does not claim it can submit to a rights organization until an authorized method and authority are verified.

Provider content stays with the provider

Ticket listings, catalogue data and previews are linked from their provider — MVP never rehosts another organization's content or audio.
